Talqeen is a Chrome extension designed to enhance prompts using AI with full Arabic language support. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use Talqeen.

1. Data We Collect

When you use Talqeen, we collect the following information:

  • Email Address: Connected to your Google account upon sign-in.
  • Name and Profile Picture: Retrieved from your Google account.
  • Saved Prompts: If you choose to save prompts to your personal library.
  • Usage Data: Daily improvement count and last usage date.

We do NOT collect:

  • Passwords (we use Google Sign-In only).
  • Browsing history or websites you visit.
  • Any other personal data not mentioned above.

2. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used solely to:

  • Improve Prompts: Send your text to AI services for enhancement and return the result.
  • Manage Your Account: Track your plan (free/premium) and daily usage limits.
  • Save Prompts: Store prompts you choose to save in your personal library.

We do NOT use your data for:

  • Training AI models.
  • Marketing or advertising.
  • Selling or sharing with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Talqeen relies on third-party services for infrastructure and AI processing. These services may have their own privacy policies which govern how they process any data passed through them.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

  • All connections are encrypted using HTTPS.
  • Data is stored in a secure database (MongoDB Atlas).
  • We use secure authentication via Google OAuth.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Permissions Required

The Talqeen extension requests the following permissions:

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your stored data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Correction: Update your account information.
